Ambulance annotation mistake?

nusc.render_annotation(ann[‘token’], extra_info = True)

I don’t think it is an ambulance, looks like a utility vehicle with a ladder mounted on it and it says “fios” on it.

Yes, I think you are right. Looks more like vehicle.car.
