Can I explore the data set like in web view?

Hi, I have explored the data set on the NuScenes portal- https://www.nuscenes.org/explore/scene-0011/0

Can I view the downloaded data set in the same manner?

If so, what are the steps?

Please note that there are two different things on that page: an interactive lidar viewer and a rendered video with overlaid boxes.
The lidar viewer belongs to https://scale.ai and cannot be used elsewhere.
The rendered video can be created using the this script.
