You state that the camera fps is 12Hz, but from my understanding this is a bit misleading. Since the lidar triggers each camera, you only have the option to trigger at 20Hz or at 10Hz (1 in 2). For some reason you triggered the camera on average one in 1.7 lidar sweep to get 12Hz. This makes a million things more complicated compared to just using cameras in 10Hz, which would allow camera frames to be equally spaced out in time, have same fps as radar etc.
Did I miss something? Or did you?
